My family had these taken last Sunday by a friend in the ward. It was SOOO cold and windy, but my mom REALLY wanted pictures in the snow for our christmas cards this year so if Maelie looks like she is not happy, its because she was FREEZING and did not like being woken up that way! These turned out great though!
As far as progress with Maelie goes, she is just learning to smile for a reason now...last night, this morning, and again for Daddy this afternoon, she was smiling and laughing when I talked to her. It is SOOOO dang cute!! She is such a quick learner and is already able to lift her head when she is on her stomache or pretty much any time and the other day she even rolled from her back to her stomache already...of course she was chasing her pacifier and probably doesn't realize she did that, but it was still neat! :) It's so fun to see her beginning to recognize people and keep eye contact longer! I love this girl sooooo much!
